Yamchas is barely in the story to even bring Puar around and same is true for Oolong. It's kinda sad because I recently watched the original dragon ball and the movies for the first time and those guys were basically the OG crew. That said there was an episode where Puar turned into Beerus to trick Goku, Oolong played rock paper scissors for.
